No. Most SMEs start with one workflow under Automation & AI Agents, and add strategy, training, development, or managed operation only when the first system has proven itself. Each service is scoped and quoted on its own. AI Training is the one people often take first, because it is useful whether or not anything gets built.
How is a service priced?
Every engagement is scoped individually - pricing reflects the workflows involved, required integrations, operating volume, deployment architecture, and ongoing management requirements. After an initial consultation you get a fixed proposal before any work begins, with hard AI spending controls agreed in advance. Access is never priced per seat.
How small can a first project be?
Deliberately small. A single-workflow pilot might cost S$300-S$1,500 per month plus your review time. That is a scale where the workflow either proves itself within a month or it doesn't - which is the point.
