Free tools for Singapore businesses

Five free tools for everyday admin in a Singapore business: look up a company's UEN, add or remove GST, issue a tax invoice IRAS will accept, start WhatsApp chats from a link or QR code, and count working days around the public holidays. No sign-up, and they run in your browser.

The tools

Each one is free, needs no account, and carries a guide to the Singapore rules behind it.

Where the rules come from

Every rule these tools apply comes from the agency that sets it, checked on the date shown on each page: GST rates and tax invoice particulars from IRAS, public holidays from MOM and data.gov.sg, company records from ACRA's open data on data.gov.sg, and phone number ranges from IMDA's numbering plan. When a rule changes, we update the tool and the date. The tools are general information, not tax or legal advice, and the agency's own page is always the authority. Olano is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency.

Four of the tools work entirely in your browser and send nothing anywhere. The UEN search sends only your search text to data.gov.sg, the public data portal that holds the company register, and nothing to Olano.

Building with AI?

For developers and teams building with models and agents, olano.ai has more free tools: a token counter, an MCP config generator, an llms.txt generator, a robots.txt checker for AI crawlers and an AI readiness assessment.

We are Olano, a Singapore AI studio. If a tool here is one step of a job your team does every day, an AI agent can often take on the whole job, with a person approving what goes out. See our services or the Singapore guides.
